Our Mentor Artists have mastered the requirements of all previous levels and shown excellence in technical skill, leadership, professionalism and team work.

Mentors have shown consistent passion for their craft and the developing of new team members. A Mentor Artist will attend all quarterly in salon trainings as well as continuing advanced education at the Redken Exchange Academy in NYC.

In teaching our associates on a daily basis, Mentors have the opportunity to share what they have learned and pass on the knowledge and inspiration that continues to drive them.
