A Protégé’ Artist has graduated our associate program and is able to service guests as part of our artistic team.

In addition to their responsibilities and serving guests the Protégé’ spends time weekly with their Mentor talking about their experiences and continuing their education to fine tune their artistic eye and build upon each experience to make the most of their journey toward becoming a Principle Artist.

Not only do they work diligently and excitedly on their technical ability weekly, they also attend quarterly in salon trainings with our artistic team and guest Redken artists to develop creative color and design techniques.
