Today we had our quarterly training with our Design Team!  I always look forward to spending the day with our team learning together.  Guest Redken Artist Danny Felsted shared some great finishing techniques with us.  We spent the morning and afternoon creating modern textures and waves in the hair and working out the looks for our upcoming photo shoot.  It was a great day to try out some of the ideas we have all been thinking about and practice executing our vision.  Sometimes it's just as important to find out what won't work!  Now we can move forward with a clear vision and the inspiration gained from a great day of education.
What I loved about the techniques we used is that they are very wearable and can translate into what we see every day and what our guests want to see in their hair design.
