Just back from the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas!  The Symposium is an international education event held by Redken every 2 years.  When I see 9000 other stylists from around our country and the globe coming together for one purpose....to learn better, earn better and live better...it reinforces my own commitment to education for myself and for the entire team at laus Deo.

Anytime we return from an educational event you can guess what we get asked....yup you guessed it!  The one question is always "so....what's the new trend?" And that's great because we love talking about what the latest hair fashions are! ...but education is not just about learning a new technique or trend.  Education is about changing lives. 
When you learn something new it becomes a part of who you are and changes the way you see something.  Over the next few days I would love to share with you some of the insights and techniques we learned at the Symposium.  I hope you will come away as inspired as we are!
